Birthday Parties

At Little Explorers we believe that children’s birthday parties can be magical and beautiful events!

Our facility is designed exclusively for toddlers and children up to 6 years old to celebrate their special day! Kid size furniture, fun play time, festive atmosphere – all children, their friends, & the adults in their lives enjoy the party! Make the day special, make it fun, make it memorable!

We require a non-refundable deposit for all parties.

A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. No exceptions. The remainder of the balance is due and payable on the day of the party.

To ensure your party guests have a fabulous time we limit the amount of adults to make certain everyone is comfortable in our party room as space is limited.

In order to adhere to the mass gathering restrictions set forth by the Governor, we have implemented some changes.

All parties will now be private parties only. We are temporarily changing our party rates as well (please see new temporary pricing below).

Maximum 40 people (including Little Explorers staff) will be allowed. Please be responsible as you invite your guests. 

Our goal is to Stay Safe Together. This means we have a shared responsibility to do our parts during this period of time. To ensure better protection for all our guests and team members ALL ADULTS ARE REQUIRED to wear masks while on premise.


CLASSIC PARTY 

  • 2 HOURS OF PLAYTIME (exclusive use of our entire facility)
  • may arrive 20 minutes early to set-up
  • one party helper to assist with set up and clean up
  • non-refundable $100 deposit
  • organic juice & water for children
  • organic lemonade with fresh lemons for adults
  • cheese pizzas for children
  • basic white tableware
  • NO decorations permitted besides balloons and tableware.
  • No pinatas
  • you can bring 3 total deserts plates of your choice of the following options  – cake, cupcakes (nothing frozen) plate of fruit or cookies.
  • For the safety of our staff they are NOT permitted to leave the facility to load or unload party supplies.

*Any unapproved outside food will result in additional $75 fee

Up to 10 children/ 20 adults – $350.00

10-15 children/ up 20 adults – $450.00

*Each additional child/adult – $10.00

*Little Explorers entertainers/artists are independent contractors and not an employees of Little Explorers. No outside vendors/entertainers services are allowed without permission. Entertainer fees must be paid by Client directly to Entertainer at the time of service. Little Explorers is not responsible for payment of entertainers/artist/performers.

We suggest you include a reminder in your invitations that adults and kids MUST wear socks. If your guests forget them, we sell brand new socks for $1.00/pair. We can either charge your guests individually, or you can make our socks available to your guests (free of charge to them) and we will simply add the total number of socks used to your final contract. Alternatively, you can bring extra socks if you wish, but we have found that adding them to your contract rarely equals more than $5-$10 dollars, which is cheaper than you purchasing several bags of new socks in varying sizes and going home with extras that you may not need.
